Woke up at 3am then went down stairs to do my usual preparations prior to doing an OBE session.

Had a fantastic OBE this morning where I travelled back in time… fantastic!
I was in my personal OBE exploration area doing an early morning session at 5am, when powerful, full-body vibrations swept in, and I easily separated from my physical body.
