I would definitely recommend buying the Gateway Experience CDs… an invaluable resource for those interested in expanded states of awareness, such as the out-of-body state, especial the last box set in the program, Gateway Wave VI, Odyssey as the CDs in this set are specific to inducing the mind awake/body asleep state for achieving OBEs.

And yes, always plenty of dream signs to help us become consciously aware within these altered states… it’s just a matter of switching on enough logical reasoning to be able to realise, “hey, I’m dreaming” or “hey, I’m out of my body”!

One of the best ways to do this is to do ’state testing’ during waking physical reality… practice asking yourself the following question 10 or more times per day…

“Am I awake or asleep right now?”

Then check your state by doing something as simple as looking at your hands and focusing on them changing in some way.

If you condition yourself to do this during your waking day, I guarantee you’ll start asking yourself this very important question during your night time experiences.

Would you recommend buying the hemi sync cds? I have been looking in to the Gateway Voyage and would love to become a more experienced dreamer / obe’er :)

I have been having half obe’s half dream like states. My dreams are becoming a lot more intense and abstract. I agree with you, I think my mind is trying to send me signals / alerts to ‘wake’ my’self’ up in to a more lucid state! I have only managed to recognise the signs whilst dreaming on a few occasions.
