It’s worth going to Buena Ventura (Spain) to do the Gateway or Lifeline programs.

Although you might not be aware of a conscious OBE you will get other things in return…

Just wanted to let you know that even though there is no Monroe Institute per se in the UK, there are some Outreach facilitators in training who will be doing weekend programs, and also you have the opportunity to attend Gateway, Lifeline and Exploration 27 in English in Spain and/or Portugal. So you can benefit from this technology a shorter plane ride away – Easy Jet comes to Madrid.
