Workshop Details
Designed with beginners in mind, this workshop will start with a discussion on dimensional theory, giving you a glimpse into the multidimensional nature of reality. You'll then learn how to achieve a deep state of relaxation, and some tried and tested techniques for triggering out-of-body experiences.
Through a combination of basic to intermediate training, group led exercises, and a guided OBE practice session - you'll take home all the necessary knowledge and skills needed to induce regular out-of-body experiences.
And as an added extra, you'll also learn some simple and easy lucid dreaming techniques, because lucid dreams are the perfect launch pad for inducing out-of-body experiences.

- Lucid Dreaming training (11am-12.30pm)
- Lunch break (12.30am-1.30pm)
- OBE/Astral Projection training (1.30pm-4pm)
- Break (4pm-4.30pm)
- Guided OBE practice session (4.30pm-5pm)
- Group discussion (5pm-6pm): at the end of the structured workshop schedule, a 1-hour talk will take place for discussing experiences and ideas for carrying the momentum of the workshop forward into your daily life.
Then, later in the evening at 7pm, the workshop facilitator will give a free talk as a special thank you to everyone who attends the workshop... this transformational talk will take your understanding of the multidimensional Universe, the 'Earth-Life-System' and the 'Human Experience' to the leading edge of what's been discovered by modern pioneers in the field of out-of-body exploration... be prepared to walk away from this deep discussion forever changed (your questions will be welcomed throughout the talk)
