Workshop Details
Through a combination of basic to intermediate training, group led exercises; including an energy work meditation for activating inner vibrational frequency shifts, and a guided OBE practice session, you'll take home all the necessary knowledge and skills needed to induce regular out-of-body experiences.
And as an added extra, you'll also learn some simple and easy lucid dreaming techniques, because lucid dreams are the perfect launch pad for inducing out-of-body experiences.

- Guided OBE practice session (4pm-4.30pm)
- Break (4.30pm-5pm)
- Group discussion (5pm-6pm): at the end of the structured workshop schedule, a 1-hour talk will take place for discussing experiences and ideas for carrying the momentum of the workshop forward into your daily life.
